Below is Commands.gg's complete list of all Age of Empires 3 cheats. Cheats do not work on the Demo version of Age of Empires 3. Cheats that only work in expansions are appropriately labelled. For example, cheats labelled with Asian Dynasties
only work if you have Asian Dynasties installed.
This cheat code will 'fatten' all of the animals (gazelles, alligators, etc) in the map, making them provide more food when killed and harvested. Note that this cheat code applies to all animals in the game (so you enemies animals will also be affected).
This cheat gives you 10,000 more coins.
This cheat gives you 10,000 more food.
This cheat gives you 10,000 more wood.
This cheat gives you 10,000 coins, food, and wood.
This cheat gives adds 10,000 experience points to your existing experience.
This cheat code reveals the entire map (all undiscovered/black areas will be shown). Typing it again will toggle it off (reverting your map to the way it was before).
This cheat spawns "The Tommynator" unit at your Home City drop-off point. The Tommynator is a unit that can only be spawned via cheats, and is by far the most powerful unit in the game. This unit is a monster truck with 60,000 HP, and 1,200 damage that applies to any enemy, or object within a close radius
This cheat code spawns a "Mediocre Bombard" at your Home City drop-off point, although it is far from mediocre. As with other units spawned via cheats, this unit cannot be obtained without using cheat codes. The Mediocre Bombard is an artillery cannon that fires Capybara (yes, Capybara) at the enemy, each with 5,000 damage and a large area of effect.
This cheat will make jokey messages appear on the screen whenever units and buildings are killed. Typing it again will toggle it off.
With this cheat code toggled on, all activities such as building, training, gathering, researching, and shipments are almost instant (technically, sped up by 10,000%). Note that this cheat applies its effects to all players in the game, including the AI, so it's best to use it in short bursts. Typing this cheat code again will toggle it off.
This cheat, which is relevantly named, will make you instantly win your game (single player).
This cheat code spawns a "George Crushington" unit, which is a stone statue that looks a lot like George Washington. As with other units spawned via cheats, the George Crushington unit can't be obtained in games without cheats - you need to use this cheat to spawn it. This unit is very powerful, arguably on-par with The Tommynator cheat unit. With 999,999 HP, Mr Crushington is essentially invincible - he deals 800 damage with his melee attack, and 500 with his siege attack.
This cheat code spawns the "Lazerbear" unit at your Home City drop-off point. The Lazerbear can only be spawned by using this cheat code. It is a powerful unit that looks like (well, is) a grizzly bear with a Canada flag on its back. With 106,106 HP, it's not an easy unit to kill - especially when you factor in the fact that it can restore health by itself. Its melee attack deals 400 damage, and its range attack (which involves lazers shooting from each of its eyes) deals 800 damage. Its siege attack deals 500 damage and has 12 range.
This cheat spawns a unit named "Learicorn" at your Home City drop-off point. Like all other units spawned via cheats, this unit can only be spawned via its cheat code (and not via any other way in the normal game). The appearance of this unit is a Unicorn being ridden by a smartly dressed man in a tux. With 600 HP, the Learicorn is quite easily defeated (compared to other cheat units). 800 damage is dealt by the Learicorn's melee attack, and 500 by its siege attack.
This cheat code will spawn a "Fluffy" unit outside your Home City drop-off point. Being a cheat unit, it is only obtainable via its cheat code. As the name might suggest, the Fluffy unit is a dog, but it is far from friendly to enemies. Its melee attack deals 800 damage, and it has 600 HP.
This cheat spawns the "Flying Purple Tapir" cheat unit at your Home City drop-off point. You can only obtain the Flying Purple Tapir via this cheat code. The name of this unit, although peculiar, is actually very accurate - this unit is a tapir with wings, and is purple in color. As this unit flies, but has no ranged attack, it is unable to deal any damage to enemies.
This cheat code only works in the Campaign and Skirmish game modes - it spawns the Big Andy cheat unit. The Big Andy unit is a very powerful monster truck that destroys everything in its path. It has the same stats and similar behaviour as The Tommynator (which is spawned with TUCK TUCK TUCK), but has a different appearance.
This cheat spawns a "Monster Ice Cream Truck" unit at your Home City drop-off point. As the name Monster Ice Cream Truck suggests, this unit is a monster truck that doubles up as an ice cream truck. It has similar behaviour to The Tommynator and Big Andy units (which are also monster trucks), with 60,000 HP and destroying anything in its path. Unlike the two other monster truck cheat units, this unit "summons" villagers (although they die after a short period of time).
This cheat code spawns the "Flaming Hot Dog Cart" unit at your Home City drop-off point. The Flaming Hot Dog Cart, as you might've guessed, can only be obtained via cheats. Unlike all of the other cheat units, the Flaming Hot Dog Cart has modest stats, with 300 HP and a flamethrower siege attack.
This cheat gives you 10,000 more export.
This appropriately named cheat code will destroy all of your enemies boats.
