This command enables and disables (toggles) nomen mode. When nomen mode is enabled, the AI will automatically decline any diplomatic offers you send them (regardless of circumstance).

This is the only way the debug_nomen command can be used. If nomen mode is disabled (default), running this command will enable it, making AI kingdoms decline all of your diplomatic offers that you send. Running the above command when nomen mode is enabled will disable it.
