This command adds the specified amount of piety to your character. If you do not specify an amount, 5,000 piety will be added. Specify a negative amount to remove piety.
The syntax for the piety command is as follows:
piety [amount]
This command has the following arguments:
| Amount | The amount of piety that you wish to add to your character. |

As no amount has been specified, this console command would add 5,000 piety to your character.
piety 6500
This command adds 6,500 piety to your character.
piety -2000
As negative 2000 (-2000) is specified as the amount, this command would remove 2,000 piety from your character (as opposed to adding).
