This command adds a specified relation between two specified characters. If only one character is specified, then the relation will be added between that and your character.
The syntax for the add_relation command is as follows:
add_relation [relation id] [character id]
This command has the following arguments:
| Relation ID | The ID of the relation you want to add to the characters.. |
| Character ID | The IDs of the characters you want the relation to be added to. |
