This command changes the specified culture of a county to a new specified culture.
The syntax for the change_culture command is as follows:
change_culture [county id] [culture id]
This command has the following arguments:
| County ID | The ID of the county whose culture you want to change. |
| Culture ID | The ID of the culture you want the county to change to. |
