This command grants the specified character with the specified title. If no character is specified, then the title will be give to your character.
The syntax for the give_title command is as follows:
give_title [title id] [character id]
This command has the following arguments:
| Title ID | The ID of the title you want the character to be granted with. |
| Character ID | The ID of the character you want the title to be granted to. |
