This command spawns the specified amount of ships within the province with the specified ID. The province should be a sea province, or a province with a port (not landlocked).
The syntax for the navy command is as follows:
navy [amount] [province id]
This command has the following arguments:

| Province ID | The province ID of the province you wish to spawn the ships within. |
