This command sets your character's Repair skill to the specified level.

Setrepair Syntax

The syntax for the setrepair command is as follows:

setrepair [level]

This command has the following arguments:

Level

The amount of "Repair" points you wish to set your character's to. Note that it will be SET to this value, the number you enter is not added to your existing level.

This would set your character's Repair level to 1.

The above console command would give your character a Repair level of 46.
