With this command turned on, your character is not affected by water and camera effects (blood, mud, paint, etc). Instead, you can walk through water like it is air. By default, this command is turned off.
The syntax for the invisible command is as follows:
invisible [on / off]
This command has the following arguments:

invisible on
This command would turn on the "invisible" setting, making your character walk through water instead of swimming. Camera effects like blood, mud, and paint would also not be shown.
invisible off
This command turns off the invisible setting.
