This command enables and disables "Speedy Run Mode". Speedy Run Mode makes your character run at a very fast speed. This is turned off by default.
The syntax for the speedyrun command is as follows:
speedyrun [on / off]
This command has the following arguments:
| On / Off | Specify 'on' here (without quotes) to enable Speedy Run. Specify 'off' here (without quotes) to disable Speedy Run. You may need to restart your game after disabling Speedy Run if your movement is bugged. |

The above command would turn on Speedy Run, making your character's movement speed much faster.
speedyrun off
The above command disables Speedy Run. If you are unable to move properly after disabling Speedy Run, you should try crouching and jumping, or (if the former fails) restarting your game to fix movement.
