This command toggles instant research for nations controlled by humans only (AI nations will not have instant research). When instant research is on, research completes within one day.

Typing the above command into the console when instant research is turned off will enable it for your country and other countries controlled by non-AI players (other players in multiplayer). Typing the above command into the console when instant research has already been turned on will turn it off. When instant research is enabled, all research completes within one day.
