This console command enables and disables (toggles) god mode for all of your squad (not AI). When in god mode, your squad will not have to reload, and will not take any damage (unlimited health).
The syntax for the PowerUp command is as follows:

PowerUp
If you have not previous enabled PowerUp mode (by typing this command into the console), this command will toggle god mode for your squad on, making them invincible and giving them unlimited ammo. If you have already toggled PowerUp mode on, typing this command into the console will toggle it off (disable it).
