This command adds a negative opinion from the first specified character towards the second specified character (i.e. character 1 hates character 2). Note that there is no command to add opinion so the effects of this command are not easily undoable.
The syntax for the neg_opinion command is as follows:
neg_opinion [character id] [character id]
This command has the following arguments:
