Unlimited Logs Cheat Commands for The Forest

Lumberjacks hate this one simple trick!

Logs are an important resource in The Forest, so we should all be thankful that Endnight Games (the game's developer) added a command to give yourself unlimited logs.

Commands are typed into The Forest's console. This has to be enabled before it can be used. To enable the console (if you haven't already), do the following:

  1. Going to Options > Gameplay > Set Allow Cheats to ON.
  2. In the Main Menu (not the pause screen), type developermodeon - even though nothing will appear on the screen, this will enable the console.
  3. That's it! The console is enabled (press F1 to open it). For more help, see our console guide.

You'll first need a log in order for this cheat to work, you can add that to your inventory (well.. your shoulder) with the following command:

additem 78

After getting a log onto your character's shoulder, all you need to do is type the following command into the console:

loghack on

After turning "loghack" on, that log you have on your shoulder becomes infinite! You can turn the log hack off with:

loghack off
